Most manufactures specifications require two coats after installation. We can apply up to 4 coats within a 24 hour time frame if necessary.
We will only use high quality 25% or 35% solids floor sealer. The requirements as listed or discussed will determine which sealer we will use.
We have access to a number of cleaning systems. The carpet manufacturer’s specifications and the requirements of cleaning specs will determine which system we use.

HOST Dry Carpet Cleaning System. This includes Pile Lifting of the Carpet Fiber prior to either Interim or Restorative cleaning.
Depending on the area to be cleaned, we can use either a propane driven sweeper/scrubber, battery driven automatic scrubbers (17” up to 24”) or conventional swing machines with wet dry vacuums.
If chemistry is required, will only use chemistry that can safely be discharged in Sanitary Storm system.
We use an App based system from Pay Chex to determine who was on site and for how long. Our custodians are not authorized to be on site without the proper use of this time keeping system.
